Creative Harp Retreat in Kuranda, 5-6 July, 2025.

Far North Queensland Harp Connection is delighted to announce our winter Creative Harp Retreat this year.

The focus of this retreat is creativity, coherence, resonance and community. Our tutors each bring unique contemporary skills to the table. You will learn how to access quantum creativity and harness this to create improvisations and compositions on harp.

The retreat is open to players of all levels. Absolute beginners through to professionals all sit together. Harps can be hired if you’re coming from out of town.

The event will be held on Saturday 5 - Sunday 6 July 2025 at Kuranda Recreation Centre.

Winter is the most pleasant time of year in the tropics. The retreat will be held on Djabugay Country, in the charming character town of Kuranda, a gem in the rainforest, just 35-minutes drive from Cairns Airport. www.kuranda.org
