About Us

The FNQ Harp Connection is

a local community group

who come together

to nurture the harp community

and love of harp playing

in Far North Queensland.

FNQ Harp Connection Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation.

Our projects are designed by the community

for the community.  We aim to make harp music and learning

more accessible here in the Far North Queensland region.

We are a local stop to ask questions about the harp.

Our projects include educational workshops,

market stalls, concerts, retreats and gatherings.

We’re dabblers

and dreamers,

students and teachers,

artists and amateurs,

makers and musers who

like to get together

with harps.

Sharing the journey

and inspiring each other

is a big part of healthy music making.

Playing harp can be a solitary pursuit

but when we encourage each other,

choosing fun challenges,

we all go that little bit further.

Meet the FNQHC Committee

Our committee meetings are open to anyone interested in attending.

If you’d like to share a creative idea or give feedback on our activities,

we’d love to hear from you.
