NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,

We wish to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of

Far North Queensland Harp Connection Inc. The details of this meeting are as

follows:

Date: Tuesday 13 January 2026

Time: 7.30pm

Place: Online – Zoom link to be provided.

• the agenda for this meeting

• the minutes of the last annual general meeting

• Proxy voting form

• Zoom link

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about FNQHC Inc.’s operations and finances

• ask questions about the operations and finances of FNQHC Inc.

• speak about any items on the agenda

• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

• accept the annual report

• accept the annual financial statements

• elect officers.

The following special resolutions will be proposed at the annual general

meeting:

• That the end date of the association’s financial year be changed from 31

December in each year to 30 June in each year.

• That the current membership fee of $15.00 / year for an ordinary member,

be increased to $20 / year payable at the beginning of each financial year.

Proxy: If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to nominate a proxy please

use the form attached to this email.
